HisabBook ("we", "our", or "the app") is a digital khata and expense management application designed to help users manage customer accounts, transactions and daily expenses.

1. Information You Enter

HisabBook may allow you to enter information such as:

  • Customer name
  • Customer mobile number
  • Customer balance
  • Transaction details
  • Expense details
  • Notes and dates

This information is used to provide the app's khata and expense-management features.

2. Local Data Storage

HisabBook's core customer, transaction and expense information is stored locally on your device using Android local storage.

We do not operate a server for storing your personal khata information.

If you uninstall the app or clear its app data, locally stored information may be deleted.

3. Advertising

HisabBook uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

AdMob and its partners may collect or use certain device, advertising and usage information to provide, measure and improve advertising, subject to Google's applicable policies and user choices.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your customer or financial information.

Information may be processed by third-party service providers such as Google AdMob as necessary for advertising and related services.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the application. Core khata information is stored locally on your device.

However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete customer, transaction and expense information using the deletion features provided inside HisabBook.

You can also use the Clear All Data option in Settings to remove locally stored app data.

7. Children's Privacy

HisabBook is not specifically directed toward children under the applicable minimum age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own purposes.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published at the same privacy-policy URL.
